4:00 Players report to 80 Rink Locker Room. I would like to see a good off ice warm up in the 80 rink prior to practice. 6 laps around the top, 4 sets of stairs, stretching. Get a good sweat going. You can do it on your own or with teammates, anyway, just do it.
4:45 - 5:45 Good, on ice practice in US Rink (We could be a little earlier or a little later just be prepared)

4:30 bus leaves from athletes entrance
5:40 arrive at Stafford Ice Arena
